These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the SureJobs.Live platform, including our website, mobile applications, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to SureJobs.Live website, mobile apps, APIs, and associated services.
• User: Any individual or entity using the Platform, including Job Seekers, Employers, and Training Providers.
• Job Seeker: An individual registering on the Platform to find employment, create professional profiles, or submit CVs.
• Employer / Subscriber: A corporate entity, firm, or individual posting job vacancies or purchasing recruitment services.
• Training Provider: An organization or individual offering professional training courses through the Platform.
• Content: Job postings, CVs, company profiles, articles, training listings, images, and other materials uploaded by Users.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this Platform. By registering, you warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Overview of Services

• For Job Seekers: Job search, application features, profile/CV building, job matching, training enrollment, and notifications (email/SMS/push).
• For Employers: Job posting, applicant tracking, CV database access, SMS recruitment tools, and branded recruitment solutions.
• For Training Providers: Listing professional courses, managing enrollments, and connecting with learners.

SureJobs.Live acts solely as an intermediary connecting job seekers, employers, and training providers. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or a successful hire.

4. User Content & License

• You retain full ownership of the Content (CVs, job posts, training materials, etc.) you submit to the Platform.
• By submitting Content, you grant SureJobs.Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, copy, display, distribute, and promote such Content solely for operating and improving the Platform.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all Content you post and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any laws.

5. Job Seekers — Responsibilities & Disclaimers

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your CV and profile information.
• Making your CV searchable or applying for a job constitutes your consent to share your information with the respective employer.

6. Employers / Subscribers — Obligations & Undertakings

• Employers must post genuine, lawful, and non-discriminatory job openings and possess the legal authority to list such jobs.
• Employers must not charge applicants any fee (for application processing, training, or kit distribution) unless explicitly approved and transparently disclosed as a paid service.
• Employers are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, background, and information provided by applicants.
• Subscription packages are non-transferable and restricted to a single corporate office/entity unless an enterprise agreement specifies otherwise.

7. Training Listings & Enrollment

Training listings are displayed with details such as course title, instructor, schedule, seats, price, and mode (online/offline).

• Free Training: Users register and are added to the attendee list subject to seat availability.
• Paid Training: Users complete payment via the secure payment gateways integrated into the Platform. Upon successful payment, enrollment is confirmed.

Course completion certificates, attendance policies, and curriculum standards are the sole responsibility of the respective Training Provider unless managed directly by SureJobs.Live.

8. SMS & Notification Services

• The SMS Service provided to employers is strictly for direct recruitment communication (e.g., notifying candidates about written tests, interviews, or selection updates).
• This service cannot be used for marketing, promotional campaigns, spam, or any purpose outside of legitimate recruitment.
• Employers must be verified by SureJobs.Live before gaining access to bulk SMS features. Misuse of this service will lead to immediate account suspension.

9. App Permissions & Data Personalization

• The SureJobs.Live mobile application requires certain system permissions (such as storage or notifications) to function correctly on your device.
• These permissions are utilized to save personalized user preferences, optimize app performance, and deliver a seamless job-seeking or recruiting experience.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, illegal, or sexually explicit content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent professional credentials.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or data-mining tools without prior written consent.
• Solicit funds or require unauthorized fees from applicants.

11. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid services and subscriptions are charged via the secure payment gateways integrated into the Platform (e.g., SSLCommerz, bKash, cards).

Refund Policy:

• A refund will only be considered in cases of duplicate charges caused by platform technical errors or service disruptions that prevent account activation.
• Users must wait up to 24 hours for automatic activations and must contact customer support within 3 days of the transaction date to request a refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within standard banking working days. Fees paid for successfully activated job posts or subscriptions are non-refundable.

12. Moderation & Takedown

SureJobs.Live reserves the right (but has no obligation) to review, edit, flag, or remove any Content, job post, training listing, or user account that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• SureJobs.Live assumes no liability for the quality, accuracy, genuineness of responses, or safety of any job postings, training sessions, or applicant profiles. Users must conduct their own independent research and background checks.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureJobs.Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
